Location: Remote (Atlanta preferred) | Full-Time | Base + Commission | $90–110K Base + Performance Bonus

Flexbone is building an integrated AI platform that transforms complex, messy healthcare data into structured, actionable intelligence. Our platform helps healthcare teams automate workflows, surface insights, and make faster, traceable decisions. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Account Executive to drive new business and help scale our go-to-market engine.

This is a high-impact role focused on closing deals, developing relationships with healthcare operators, and helping refine how we position our platform to different customer types — from provider groups to payor-facing services. You’ll work directly with the founders, have support from technical and design teammates, and play a critical role in bringing our solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, close
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear customer value
  • Build relationships with revenue cycle teams, billing vendors, and healthcare service orgs
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to tailor decks and materials for prospects
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to inform messaging, pricing, and roadmap
  • Work toward clear quarterly revenue targets with upside-based performance comp

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years experience in B2B sales, ideally with healthcare, AI, or SaaS products
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — especially in explaining technical products
  • Track record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Confidence handling discovery calls, objections, and negotiations with senior buyers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment without rigid playbooks
  • Based in or willing to travel periodically to Atlanta and/or customer sites

Bonus Points

  • Background in selling RCM, claims, or provider tools
  • Familiarity with HL7, EDI, or healthcare data workflows
  • Experience working alongside product, design, or implementation teams
